The position requires managing a portfolio of 25-30 members while delivering outcome-based service delivery and facilitating peer collaboration through Gartner resources.

Salary
Base: 160,000 USD - 194,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200, company stock discount

Must-have
15+ years as CIO or senior IT leader
Deep knowledge of Higher Education and K-12 systems
Experience with ERP transformation and AI in education
Proven track record presenting to Boards and Presidents
Strategic partnership and client relationship management

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Masters or Doctorate preferred
15+ years of executive-level IT leadership experience
Demonstrated expertise in Higher Education or K-12 sector operations
Extensive experience communicating IT business value to stakeholders
