The Acquisitions & Capital Markets Associate will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer and support Brookfield’s Canadian Office platform with a primary focus on investment underwriting, capital markets strategy, and strategic portfolio analysis across office assets in major Canadian markets.
The role sits at the intersection of acquisitions, financing, portfolio and asset management, working closely with senior Brookfield executives in Toronto and New York and externally with, lenders, real estate brokerages, investment banks, and capital partners.
