  • Serve as a primary, strategic trusted advisor to the Head of CIO and senior leaders on all strategic HR matters, with a particular emphasis on organizational design and workforce strategy.
  • Deliver a broad range of strategic HR consulting services across human capital areas such as advanced talent management (attraction, development, retention), organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to transform performance management frameworks and practices, specifically addressing the unique challenges of a workforce with rapidly evolving and constantly changing skill sets, to foster continuous growth and adaptation.
