Job Summary
Recommend and support the implementation of improvements such as automation and process changes that streamline and increase efficiency, including SharePoint, Onboard Tracker, 7Offshore and the Crew Query Centre.
Provide end-user support and guidance on Crewing and HRIS systems, and maintain and update induction and training material required for the systems used within Crewing and HRIS.
Interface with the Fleet Transformation Team on data analysis, system awareness and integration opportunities, and ensure standardisation and efficiency of systems and processes within Offshore Delivery while preparing business cases for improvements or changes.
