Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling
Minimum 5 years of team management experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Ability to work in Japanese (reading and writing Kanji)
Ability to work in English (speaking and writing)
Knowledge of automotive and supplier industry specifics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO module knowledge preferred)
