Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility's marketing and public relations programs to maintain and increase census.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident information including protected health information while ensuring accurate communication with families and government agencies.
Candidates must be able to interpret and communicate facility policies regarding information release to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.
