  • You will lead a team of Category and Sourcing Managers and collaborate with Product Lines and Regions to deploy the category plans in line with the business’s strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Materials or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Category Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading high performing teams
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Strong project management skills
