Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing team dynamics, and providing continuous feedback and career growth for direct reports.
  • Redesign engineering workflows using autonomous agents and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end, ensuring results are correct, secure, reliable, and scalable.
