Job Summary
Oversee technical resources delivering services across various parts of the M365 platform, working with a DHS customer to create solutions and provide direction for O&M tasks and multiple M365 projects.
Provide active, hands-on leadership to a team of 5-8 M365 engineers and developers, fostering improvement, guiding methodology, and ensuring quality of work.
Function as a liaison to the DHS customer and functional leads, acting as a point of escalation, removing obstacles, and ensuring project governance standards are implemented.
