Job Summary

• The Therapeutic Area Lead serves as the leader of the Medical Advisor team for General Medicine in Poland, ensuring a clear strategic vision and prioritization of all medical activities within their therapeutic area.
• Responsibilities include developing and executing the local MA strategy, managing a high-performing team, representing Medical Affairs in cross-functional collaborations, and supporting the Country Medical Director in external activities.
• The role requires engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Human Health, Value & Patient Access, regulatory bodies, and scientific leaders to drive strategy and ensure appropriate engagement with the medical community.
