Amazon is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Regional Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to partner with a regional operations team to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local, regional and federal regulations.
By leveraging lean principles and kaizens, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for Amazon’s Associates.
You will be responsible for developing a team of safety managers and safety professionals within your designated region and creating and executing leadership development plans for your larger team.
