Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with the procedures set forth in the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
  • 2 years or more experience
  • Current RN license in this state
  • Current CPR certification
