Key Requirements
25 years of experience
15–20 years building and operating systems
Tier-1 banks, capital markets infrastructure, or regulated environments
Owned or deeply influenced production systems
Comfortable reading and writing code
Setting technology strategy and architecture for complex, regulated, data-driven platforms
Multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps
Reference architectures, design standards, and architectural guardrails
Strong understanding of financial products and workflows
Designing distributed, event-driven, and data-intensive systems
Experienced with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of advanced and new architectures and design paradigms
Ensuring AI-enabled systems are explainable, auditable, and operationally safe
Strong understanding of analytics and AI in production
Designs with security and controls built in
Coach and multiplier for senior engineers and architects
