You will be required to develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role involves participating in facility surveys, managing staff schedules, and coordinating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident discharge and care plans.

Key Requirements
