Job Summary
The ACE CPU team is designing future generations of high-performance CPUs using advanced process technologies to connect and enrich lives.
Engineers will develop, debug, and support tools and flows covering backend physical design methodologies for full chip level designs.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with highly motivated teammates and industry EDA vendors to build high-speed, low-power synthesizable CPUs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering
6+ years experience in related field
Synthesis Placement CTS Post-Route Optimization
CDNS and SNPS P and R tools expertise
RTL2GDS standard cell level design techniques
Nice-to-have
Verilog VHDL familiarity
Tcl Perl Python scripting skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience with industry EDA vendors
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience OR Masters with 6 years
Technical expertise in static timing analysis and formal verification
Ability to estimate power consumption and perform electrical rule checking
