Job Summary

• The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for the overall maintenance and compliance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment of the facility, serving as the organization’s emergency management and safety officer.
• Responsibilities include overseeing general building maintenance, performing physical environment inspections, maintaining facility safety records, and ensuring all life safety and plant operation standards are met in relation to regulatory agency requirements.
• This role leads a team through hiring, training, and performance management, while also managing maintenance budgets and coordinating with outside service vendors.
