The role requires comprehensive responsibilities including medication administration, detailed charting, care plan development, and active participation in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
