Owning and handling the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.
Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and supervise the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.
Finding opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality and participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles.
