Key Requirements
5+ years HR advisory experience in Brazil
professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations
experience managing employee claims and regulatory risks
familiarity with HRIS platforms
ability to quickly learn additional LATAM jurisdictions
