  • This position provides Child Welfare Practice and Policy interpretation, guidance and technical assistance to county Child Welfare staff, county leadership and county directors.
  • Responsibilities include working with counties in improving their program and directing the CQI process, monitoring, training, and providing or arranging technical assistance.
