Key Requirements
Master's Degree and 6 years of related work experience
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related work experience
Experience managing global or multi-country benefits programs
Experience working with a global broker or consulting firm
Experience in global technology or high growth, multinational environment
Familiarity with global benefits platforms or HRIS systems
Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning or large scale benefits changes
