Key Requirements

  • Education in Architect/ Technical Architect, Engineer or similar
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • 8 years’ experience in the construction sector
  • Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations
  • Proven ability to complete projects
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Communication skills and management of multidisciplinary work teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project, TCQ/ Presto
  • Organised in analysis, structured in reporting
  • Installations knowledge and experience preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
