Key Requirements
BA Required
10+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry
5+ years experience managing diverse/global teams
Minimum 10 years experience process excellence, knowledge management, project management
Leading and understanding agile ways of working
Navigating healthcare data landscape at scale
Deep understanding of sales CRM ecosystem
Experience working with engineering teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
