Job Summary
Develop and implement the company's strategic projects and initiatives, conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions, and align department goals with the overall strategy.
Hold overall responsibility over FP&A activities to facilitate management decision making, performance management.
Act as a strategic finance partner and advisor to business stakeholders and senior management to drive budgeting, monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting/finance or ACCA/CIMA Holder
Good understanding of financial reporting concepts, actuarial concepts and insurance products
Demonstrated ability to leverage deep understanding of business objectives
Solid demonstrated communication skills/stakeholders engagement
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple requests
