Job Summary

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic projects and initiatives, conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions, and align department goals with the overall strategy.
  • Hold overall responsibility over FP&A activities to facilitate management decision making, performance management.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner and advisor to business stakeholders and senior management to drive budgeting, monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting/finance or ACCA/CIMA Holder
  • Good understanding of financial reporting concepts, actuarial concepts and insurance products
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage deep understanding of business objectives
  • Solid demonstrated communication skills/stakeholders engagement
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple requests
