This role involves providing deep technical expertise to develop solutions, draft complex offering templates, and optimize product scope and costs for clients.
The position requires supporting regional teams with root cause analysis, ticket resolution, and training to increase their operational autonomy.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep knowledge of FACTS and HVDC portfolio
Strong sales acumen and commercial support
Root cause analysis (RCA) development skills
Ability to draft complex offer and costing templates
Experience with power electronics and electrical compensation
Nice-to-have
Team player in an international environment
Ability to influence at all organizational levels
Experience in utility market service business
Familiarity with FACTS & HVDC Control Systems
Stress tolerance regarding multiple deadlines
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering
