The Junior Information Manager will ensure contractor’s Electrical & Mechanical BIM models comply with BEP, EIR, ISO 19650, project BIM standards and LOD/LOI requirements.
Responsibilities include reviewing and enforcing naming conventions, monitoring adherence to BIM submission schedules, and leading Electrical & Mechanical coordination with other disciplines.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years BIM experience
Engineering degree in Electrical & Mechanical or Mechanical
Proven building project experience
Extensive experience in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
Working knowledge of ISO 19650
Experience with CDE platforms (ACC, BIM 360, ProjectWise, Aconex)
