The Hitachi Energy Power Up is a two-year program that is given to ten to twelve master's students at KTH and Uppsala University, respectively.
Within the program, a variety of events and activities are given: Study visits to factory, office and site, Group work with problem solving, Social Events, Events preparing for working life.
The students who complete the program and follows Hitachi Energy's Code of Conduct are given opportunities for summer jobs, master thesis projects, bonuses and diplomas.
