Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity (Cost) and overall performance by championing DBS and embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement across global Operations sites.
Coach and mentor the site team in the use of structured DBS tools to facilitate sustained performance improvements.
