Job Summary

  • Drive operational excellence by acting as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to address issues relating to data collection, reporting, delivery and dashboard queries.
  • Lead on dashboard development and promote good data governance by creating visual solutions, ensuring compliance across taxonomy structures, and developing new and iterating existing processes.
  • Provide operational support and act as the bridge between the client and the account team, proactively identifying operational challenges and opportunities, and defining solutions.
