Job Summary

  • Lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team in New Zealand to achieve business results (Revenue, Service, Cost & Cash) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations.
  • Own the Customer Service metrics for NZ (Case Fill Rate (CFR) and On Time In Full (OTIF) including governance, reporting, projections & RCA across supply chain & commercial.
