• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certification preferred
