As a Pediatric SWAT RN, you will serve as a critical resource to all of the pediatric units, responding to emergency calls, Rapid Responses, and Code Blue events.
You will also evaluate and coordinate higher level of care transfers, ensure safe patient transport, and support ongoing education to promote best practices.
