Job Summary

  • The program is an 18–24-month developmental initiative designed to build skills and knowledge necessary to partner with Caterpillar Dealers to drive strategy alignment and customer loyalty.
  • Participants will undergo a 12-week training program including workshops, travel to Caterpillar facilities in Asia and Europe, and rotational assignments across various roles within Caterpillar.
  • Each person hired is assigned a coach and receives personalized onboarding, soft-skill, sales and technical training, with the goal of advancing to a field-based position supporting Caterpillar Dealers and customers.
