Western Union is seeking a Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in Germany to ensure compliance with AML and CTF regulations. The role requires significant experience in compliance and risk management, particularly within financial sectors, and involves oversight of regulatory interactions and internal processes.

Job Summary
Serve as the appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and play a critical role in ensuring that our German entities fully comply with all legal and regulatory obligations.
Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CTF policies, procedures, and internal controls, and train and sensitize internal staff on AML, compliance expectations, and regulatory changes.
Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible, with an expectation to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
