Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize In Service education programs for staff, and maintain records as required by regulations.
  • Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, supervise staff, and participate in facility surveys.

Key Requirements

  • 1 year experience planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs in nursing
  • 2 years or more experience in long term care facility
