Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize In Service education programs for staff, and maintain records as required by regulations.
Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, supervise staff, and participate in facility surveys.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
Current CPR certification
1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
1 year experience planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs in nursing
2 years or more experience in long term care facility
