Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with all nursing procedures and regulations.
You will also participate in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, equipment management, and care plan assessments to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
