The Senior Sales Engineer will translate customer requirements into competitive proposals and lead the technical aspects of the sales process across the DACH region.
This role requires strong ownership and collaboration to close complex deals while coordinating with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Project Execution teams.

Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
Five years professional work experience in power industry
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Experience with energy storage, solar, or power generation
Ability to develop technical and financial models using Excel
Nice-to-have
Passion and entrepreneurial drive
Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience working with CRM and engineering tools like Salesforce
Knowledge of local standards, codes and regulations
Ability to prioritize and execute many parallel tasks
Key Requirements
5+ years relevant professional work experience in the power industry
Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
Fluency in German and English languages
Experience in offer management or technical contract review
