Job Summary
Responsible for handling technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians while maintaining daily communication with Glass General Managers about scheduling.
Assist the Customer Service Team with scheduling questions in the Glass Markets and ensure completion status of previous day jobs.
Obtain approval for aftermarket parts not automatically approved and perform other duties as required to meet business needs.
