Job Summary
This position will be primarily focus on asset management works of mix-use development project including commercial components such as parking, shopping mall, office for lease, serviced apartment and hotel.
Manage multiples application dossiers for project’s licenses, ensuring comprehensive due diligence processes, and coordinating procurement, financial, and accounting processes.
Support in reviewing all procedures & documentation to make sure all business activities are aligned with local laws and regulations, and prepare & update various corporate reports.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Cost & Contract, Science, Law or Business related Field
4-5 years property or project management experience
Familiar with multinational corporation’s guidelines & procedures
