  • Deep database proficiency (relational, analytical/columnar)
  • Strong software engineering depth (data structures, algorithms, design patterns)
  • Experience designing clean REST/gRPC APIs
  • Incident response mindset and analytical skills
  • Openness to working with AI coding agents
