Job Summary
The Technician – Heat Treatment is responsible for supporting heat treatment operations on gas turbine components.
This role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

Key Requirements
Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
Knowledge or experience in technician, manufacturing, heat treatment, or industrial role
Min 2 years’ experience with diffusion heat treatment processes
Min 2 years’ experience with solution and aging heat treatment processes
Experience participating in problem solving or process improvement activities
Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components
