Job Summary
Ensure materials, transformation processes, and industrial capabilities meet Quality and Engineering/Design requirements with high-level M&P technical knowledge oriented to Quality and Industrial sustainability.
Manage M&P Industrial Projects, including costing, workload planning, bids, offers preparation, and M&P Project coordination, representing the M&P-PE department in MFTs and Task Groups.
The position requires a good balance between technical expertise in M&P Projects and Quality, manufacturing processes, Special Processes, materials testing, and managerial skills.

Key Requirements
Master's Sciences Degree or Engineering
Experience in management of Projects, KPis, and data analysis
Experience in Special Processes/M&P
Experience in Analytical laboratory techniques
Experience in manufacturing shopfloor environments
Experience as auditor
Knowledge and experience on EN9100, Nadcap Program
