The TPM Global Process & Product Manager is responsible for shaping and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise Third‑Party Management (TPM) operating model, leading the design and continuous improvement of global TPM processes while owning the TPM product roadmap and delivery of key enhancements.
Partnering across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Technology, and ERM, this role will drive standardization, strengthen compliance, enhance user experience, and enable automation and data‑driven insights across the third‑party lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree
6–8 years of experience in Procurement, TPM, Risk, Finance, Product Management
Proven product/backlog ownership experience
Hands on experience and knowledge of procurement processes and systems
Experience working with risk domains
Demonstrated experience with process mapping, process optimization
