The successful candidate will own the maintenance and compliance programme while leading on-site engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong experience in Hard FM maintenance management
Hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance including fire and water regulations
Experience working to SFG20 standards
Understanding of lifecycle and project delivery in live environment
Working knowledge of BMS systems
Confidence leading engineers and managing specialist subcontractors
Nice-to-have
Recognised technical qualification
Experience within PFI or similarly complex contracts
Demonstrated ability to make improvements stick
Trusted deputy capability to Contract Manager
