Job Summary
The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive statewide extension program of excellence in wildlife management, with emphasis areas including upland game bird management and nuisance/invasive wildlife issues.
Candidates should desire developing educational programs for landowners, hunters, residential homeowners, natural resources professionals, county Extension agents, and 4-H youth, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
The incumbent will be expected to publish in peer-reviewed outlets, extension publications, web-based media, and popular press, and generate program support through extramural funding.
