Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of the Brand Compliance and Reporting Analyst is Licensee, Collaboration, and Gift with Purchase (GWP) onboarding and compliance activities across VF brands.
• This role supports VF’s Responsible Sourcing programs by coordinating data collection, managing compliance workflows, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate records and reporting for Licensee, Collaboration, and GWP vendors and facilities.

Base: $54,432.00 - $68,040.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan; Benefits: Provided during hiring process

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Apparel/footwear industry experience
• Sourcing, social compliance, and/or in-field audit experience
• Effective communication skills
