Job Summary
This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS), ensuring changes are delivered within risk appetite and do not introduce new risk exposure.
The role will partner with Operational Risk to drive practical adoption across Technology, owning the uplift of CMRS obligations and content and ensuring consistent implementation and evidence across initiatives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing Risks, Issues, and Dependencies (RID), leading continuous improvement of delivery and risk culture, partnering with leadership to define business commitments and OKRs, and orchestrating key change initiative interventions.
