Job Summary

  • Provides Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area, working with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, priorities, and challenges.
  • Collaborates with internal and external users/clients to elicit business concerns, develop workable solutions, and determine impact on existing systems and processes.
  • Supports the business in developing and delivering end-user training, addresses end-user process questions, and collaborates with IT colleagues for process/system support and issue resolution.

  • Experience with project management software
  • Demonstrable Knowledge of ITIL trends
