Job Summary

  • The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for daily management of personnel of Plant Operations Department including team member scheduling, payroll, monitoring and delegation of work assignments, problem resolution, vendor/staff coordination, and annual team member evaluations.
  • Position responsible for coordination and supervision of daily events including required regulatory activities in the Environment of Care, Life Safety, supervising/performing preventative maintenance, and work order system tracking.
  • Effectively uses and role models current leadership techniques and theories, encouraging decision-making skills of staff members and providing insight and leadership in complex situations.

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three to five years managerial experience
  • Experience with TJC, OSHA, AHCA, NFPA regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Annual Joint Commission mandatory education
