Define and drive a clear vision for portfolio enablement strategy, role & solution-oriented enablement, and platform delivery & management excellence.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training assets, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, videos, manuals, and interactive content.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Enablement & Delivery Managers, content developers, instructional designers, and platform administrators.

Experience in using AI, automation, or digital tools
